We hired Megan for her day-of coordination service. She was definitely worth every penny! Megan was so kind, personable, and easy to work with and also very professional and dependable. She put all of us at ease during our rehearsal and wedding day so that none of us really had to worry about anything. We don't know what we would have done without her! Not only did Megan make sure that the wedding ceremony ran smoothly, but she also made sure that everyone was where they were supposed to be and made sure that all the different events at the reception were running according to schedule. Just seeing her during our ceremony and reception made me feel like all was under control. I loved her extra little touches like checking in with me periodically to ask how things were going prior to the wedding and during the reception or giving me a special card before the wedding. Our wedding was beautiful and just how we imagined it would be. We would highly recommend Megan for her wedding coordinating services to anyone! Thank you so much for everything, Megan! You were wonderful!

Megan was absolutely fantastic! My wife and I are extremely happy with how well Megan was able to coordinate everything for our wedding day, not only for us but for our entire bridal party and family. They knew exactly what to do, and when to do it…even those that were unable to attend the rehearsal. In fact, my wife and I really didn’t even know the order of the formalities and she was able to make everything run so smoothly by coordinating everything through the DJ. We were able to greet ALL of our guests and had time to spare! Megan was even so wonderful as to make sure that my wife and I ate dinner (she insisted haha!). I can’t even count how many newlyweds I’ve spoken to that have said they did not get to even eat at their wedding, let alone fully enjoy it. You spend so long planning and paying for this big day and it’s terrible to think that some people don’t even get to fully experience it. The biggest blessing was having her there to deal with the little issues that you wouldn’t even think about until they arise. Our wedding was completely stress free, and we don’t know what we would have done without Megan there to help us keep it together! Thank you Megan for all of your hard work and doing such a wonderful job! You are truly a God-send!

Megan acted as my 'day-of' wedding coordinator for my June wedding this year. I asked for her help because as my big day swiftly approached, I had quickly realized I would need someone to help execute all of my plans for the big day. Essentially, I needed someone to be me while I was busy being the bride. That's exactly what Megan did. Among her many responsibilities that seemed to have surfaced during the course of the day, her main duties included being responsible for the time management of the ceremony and reception, the delegation of responsibilities among bridal party members, and handling any questions or unexpected situations as they occurred.
Megan's steadfastness and considerate character gave her the look of a seasoned coordinator. For example, an unexpected rainstorm came through while we were en route from the church to our outdoor tent reception. The storm eventually passed and the rain did stop, and nothing inside the tent was touched, but it did set us back a bit on the schedule I created for Megan and my other vendors. Did that stop Megan? Not in the least! She shone in her quick thinking and immediate action as she modified the schedule and updated vendors throughout the evening. And that's not all she did - I had an unexpected seating arrangement crisis and she swiftly, and tactfully, took care of it. There was even a moment during one of our family toasts when a guest upset me and Megan came up to me out of nowhere and gently reminded me to stay calm and focus my attention on the joy and happiness of that day. While these are instances of Megan's actions I noticed throughout the night, there were most likely a great deal more that I still don't know about. And that was the beauty of having her with me that day- she was there to handle the little things, the unexpected, the planned and unplanned so I didn't have to.
Looking back on my wedding, I can say that Megan proved herself to be capable, steadfast, efficient, organized, and tactful. She has incredible potential to excel even moreso in this profession. Brides can fully trust her with their weddings.

Megan was extremely helpful with coordinating our schedule for the rehearsal and wedding day! She ensured that everyone was in the right place at the right time, and even gave our bridal party some needed advice on the proper way to walk down the aisle. She corresponded with our DJ to keep him up-to-date on our schedule for the reception and always thought two steps ahead. She was our behind the scenes go-to person and helped our special day go off without a hitch! She was so calm and relaxed on our big day, which was a much-needed stress reliever. She is very professional and was a pleasure to work with!

I am so grateful that I had Megan as my wedding planner and would recommend her to anyone searching. She is not only organized and invested but also extremely creative and crafty. She will treat your wedding as though it were her own and will make sure your big day is beautiful and runs smoothly. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't had her for my wedding. Megan is one of those rare individuals who will not just do what needs to be done but will go above and beyond what you could have expected. She will think of details you could not have possibly considered and will be your lifesaver on the day of the wedding when the little things inevitably come up that need fixing.
